MAIN ASSIGNMENT and FINAL ASSIGNMENT:
Use a graphic, mind or concept map format or a flow chart to illustrate the key components of effective consultation and collaboration. Your assignment should only be one page and contain only the "important stuff" Where possible link the key components to help illustrate the big ideas. Note: if you cannot do this in a computer format, go freehand and just send it in to Deirdre or Terry at SSS through the interoffice mail!!
Once this module is complete - you are done!!! Your completion celebration will be held on April 30/12!
